In case the current enrollment is below the approved number of seats offered, after the date of scheduled registration at the campus OR the date of release of last Merit list (whichever is later), no refund will be made.
In case the current enrollment is above the approved number of seats offered, after the date of registration OR date of release of last Merit list (whichever is later), a refund process could be initiated as follows:
In case someone has withdrawn before the scheduled registration process at campus (irrespective of the candidate and date of merit list), the amount deposited by the student will be refunded, after deducting a processing fee of Rs. 1000/-.
In case someone has withdrawn after the scheduled registration process at campus (irrespective of the candidate and date of merit list) but before the beginning of classes, the fee deposited by the student shall be refunded after deducting a fixed cost already spent on the student (mediclaim, study material and registration kit), a proportional amount from the hostel fee (calculated weekly), mess fee (calculated weekly) and a processing fee of Rs. 1000.
If someone has withdrawn after beginning of classes, the fee deposited by the student shall be refunded after deducting the admission fee, tuition fee (calculated weekly), a fixed cost already spent on the student (mediclaim, study material and registration kit), a proportional amount from the hostel fee (calculated weekly), mess fee (calculated weekly) and a processing fee of Rs. 1000.
A registered student has to approach the admission office during office hours for completing the withdrawal formalities. No refund shall be made if a student leaves campus / programme without completing withdrawal formalities.
A student who has checked-in the hostel before/on the day of the registration, however, not made him/herself available for registration; and chose to withdraw; would also be required to report in the admission office for completing withdrawal formalities. No refund shall be made if a student leaves campus / programme without completing withdrawal formalities.
All withdrawal applications will only be processed once the admission process is completed.
