In case someone has withdrawn before their registration, the caution money deposited by the student will be refunded, after deducting a processing fee of Rs. 1000/-.
In case someone has withdrawn after their registration but before the beginning of classes, the caution money deposited by the student will be refunded, after deducting a processing fee of Rs. 1000/- and fixed cost already spent on the student (study material), a proportional amount from the hostel fee (calculated weekly), mess fee (calculated weekly).

A registered student has to approach the admission/ DPR office during office hours for completing the withdrawal formalities. No refund shall be made if a student leaves campus / programme without completing withdrawal formalities.
All withdrawal applications will only be processed once the admission process is completed.
